What are the benefits of a regular routine of getting up on time in the morning?
- the benefits are you can get up early and have breakfast and you wont be as lazy later in the day, you might get unhealthy.

1. What insights did i have into human rights and social justice as i learned about how others are treated in other countries?
the insights i have into human rights and social justice is that diffrent races like mexicans have their freedom taken away from them because they cant go across to the other side of the boreder president tump set up.
